Description: A mailing list for issue or artifact creation and changes. When new issues or updates to issues are committed, an e-mail is sent to this list. If this list is deleted, the system will generate mail failures for every issue created or updated in the project. Please do not send email to this list directly. Instead use the smtp@ list above.
